I have been doing photography for a few years now, but have only taken it more seriously over the past three years. I enjoy all kinds of subjects in photography but my favourite subjects are portrait and creative photography I also love doing self portraits, as it is great fun to dress up and not be myself. I joined the King's Lynn Camera Club in September 2008, I enter in most of the in-house competitions which I am doing quite well in and is fun to participate. In April 2009 I was elected the first female Vice Chairperson which I was very pleased to accept then in April 2010 I was elected the first female Chairman which I was truly overwhelmed with, I really enjoy my position within our Camera Club. I have also been in the ‘Digital Camera Magazine’ four times one time a two page spread on techniques of how I took the image which they published. I also entered a Fujifilm online competition for February 2009 the theme was bright side, there were 1642 entries and I received 1st place and won. I have also been seen on Channel 4s website and the "Digital Camera Magazine" website in July 2010. I have done four Photographic Exhibitions and talks on my work.
